Things like salt and the like.

How to keep a store running, finding the right balance between enough freedom to keep the employees happy, and enough oversight to keep them in line. How to read between the lines in a conversation, figure out what people aren't telling you. How to dig up a person's weaknesses and use them in negotiation. How to keep myself safe when I had to.
