Ninja Ned's Nifty Threads is a Doma City tailor shop run by a man known as, of all things, Ninja Ned. Ned is renowned for producing custom garments at phenomenal speed. He also makes custom plushies and has a habit of including free plushies with purchases, as well as making such of his more notable customers.
