Ze 'Appy Scissors

Ze 'Appy Scissors is a barbershop in Doma City, Doma, which charges ridiculously low prices for the work performed. The shop is run by a rather enthusiastic man who speaks with a very odd accent and wears a pink beret. He also has swarthy skin and elaborately twirled mustachios. He also has a wisecracking young assistant who sometimes acts like the only voice of sanity in the shop, as the proprietor is more interested "een ze art" than the actual money.

The owner of the shop is brother to the owners of Ze 'Appy Theemble and Ze 'Appy Trinket.
