Briefly
Timothy's Pet Palace was a pet store on the main road run by the shapeshifter Timothy. Being able to take on animal form himself, Timothy has a lot of respect for the creatures in his store. He took the personal policy of making sure pets go to appropriate owners.
Timothy closed shop and left Doma City shortly after the Malachian War.
