A largely human province on the surface of Ka'thalar. It's government is a monarchy and its capital is Inan, the largest city on the continent as well as its most active port. The currency is the Reywan gil, modeled after the Doman gil and coming in the same denominations.
Reywa lies on the southeast of the nation and to the south of the province of Palonia. Officially, it is "owned" jointly by a Doma-Riva alliance, but the governor of the territory answers primarily to Doma.
